At MiSTer FPGA Store, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original packaging. Electronic components (SDRAM modules, IO boards, etc.) must not have been soldered or modified.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at 908035790@qq.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return shipping address within 3 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Restocking Fee

A 10% restocking fee applies to opened packages. Unopened items in original packaging are fully refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Non-returnable Items

Software, digital downloads, custom or personalized items (including hand-engraved wooden controllers), and clearance or final sale items are non-returnable.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or we made an error. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
